Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales – WorkGreatFestival 2025

This translation is for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the German version applies.

  1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for “WorkGreatFestival 2025” and related services provided by Cntxt8 GmbH, Platz der Einheit 2, 60327 Frankfurt am Main (the “Organizer”).

  1. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Organizer. Displayed tickets do not constitute a legally binding offer.

  1. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Any shipping or system fees are shown separately. The total amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

  1. Delivery / access to tickets

Tickets are delivered digitally (e‑ticket/QR code) or, if offered, by post. Risk passes to the purchaser upon dispatch.

  1. No right of withdrawal

Pursuant to § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB, no right of withdrawal applies to services related to leisure activities on a specific date or period.

  1. Returns / cancellation by participants

Ticket returns are generally excluded. In justified individual cases, the Organizer may offer goodwill refunds (minus fees).

  1. Changes / force majeure

Program changes, venue changes or replacements of speakers/artists do not entitle to returns. In case of force majeure, the Organizer’s performance obligation ceases; no refund claim exists.

  1. Admission

Admission only with a valid ticket. The Organizer may refuse entry for good cause.

  1. House rules & conduct

The published house rules apply. Prohibited items must not be brought onto the premises. Instructions by staff must be followed.

  1. Photo and audio/video recordings

By attending, visitors consent to photo and audio/video recordings being made and used for reporting, promotion and documentation without compensation.

  1. Liability

The Organizer is liable only for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to material contractual obligations and foreseeable damages. Statutory liability (e.g., Product Liability Act; injury to life, body or health) remains unaffected.

  1. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy at /en/datenschutz.

  1. Jurisdiction and applicable law

German law applies. If the purchaser is a business, venue of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main; statutory jurisdictions for consumers remain unaffected.

  1. Severability

If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
